Talking Sitting - The art of meditation.
In order to progress beyond mere intellectual understanding of the Buddhist teachings we need to have a deep realisation of their truth and validity. Meditation is a tool that enables us to gain such realisations. This series of teachings provides guidance on how to set up a meditation practice as well as how to overcome the obstacles and difficulties we may experience.

'If we do not turn inwards and train our mind, but instead expend all our energy on arranging and rearranging the external aspects of our existence, then our suffering will continue.'
Lama Zopa Rinpoche

'Buddhist meditation doesn't necessarily mean sitting cross-legged with your eyes closed. Simply observing how your mind is responding to the sense world can be a really perfect meditation and bring a perfect result.'
